Summer at Disney Springs is stepping up with some massive additions. From a huge new gaming arena to savory treats from a cult-favorite bakery, here is everything you need to check out on your next visit.

Level99: The Ultimate Adult Playground
Gamers and thrill-seekers have a new home on the West Side. Level99 opens its doors on June 29, offering a massive playground designed for adults and teens. This isn’t just an arcade; it’s a 40,000-square-foot space filled with over 60 life-sized challenges.
Located right next to the Cirque du Soleil theater, this venue features 63 challenge rooms and intense duels that test both your brain and your reflexes. You can grab tickets starting June 22 to explore the space, which also doubles as an art gallery with over 40 original installations.
When you need to refuel, the two-story bar serves Detroit-style pizza, wagyu burgers, and scratch-made snacks. It is the perfect spot to grab a craft beer and relax between gaming sessions.

Six Ravens: A Savory Twist from Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse is a legend at Disney Springs for its cookies, but they are trying something completely different at The Landing. Their new concept, Six Ravens, focuses on savory hand pies known as Coffyns.

These house-made yeast rolls are stuffed with hearty fillings inspired by medieval European recipes. You can pair these savory pies with smashed potatoes and dips like sweet heat or homemade honey mustard. It’s a great grab-and-go option if you want a real meal without a long wait.
To wash it down, Six Ravens will serve local craft beers from Orlando favorites like Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.
Fresh Shopping and Cool Treats
Vans is joining the lineup at Disney Springs very soon, bringing its iconic skate shoes and apparel to the heart of the shopping district. Meanwhile, the Oakley store just reopened with a total refresh, offering a better layout to shop for summer eyewear.

If the Florida heat gets too much, look for the new Kakigori Kool cart right outside Morimoto Asia. They serve traditional Japanese shaved ice with fruity syrups and fun toppings like popping boba and fresh pineapple. It is a refreshing alternative to the usual ice cream.
While you’re near the water, remember that both Morimoto Asia and Polite Pig have earned spots in the Michelin Guide, making them top-tier choices for dinner. In more sweet news, the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain is planning a major makeover for 2027. To keep the sundaes coming, they are opening a temporary location in Town Center later this summer while the main shop gets renovated.
Popcorn fans should head to Goofy’s Candy Company to try the new create-your-own popcorn station. You can mix flavors like caramel, butter, or the Disney Springs exclusive orange citrus, then top it off with chocolate drizzles and candy mix-ins.

Summer Parties and Creative Sweets
The AdventHealth Waterside Stage is turning up the volume on select nights this summer. You can join high-energy dance parties featuring hits from Descendants: Wicked Wonderland and Camp Rock 3. It’s a great way for families to burn off some energy after sunset.

For a more creative break, Amorette’s Patisserie is hosting a Mickey and Minnie Cookie Art experience. You get a kit that includes Mickey and Minnie cookies, a painter’s palette cookie, and edible watercolor paints. It is a fun, hands-on way to make your own dessert.

If you have been waiting to see the Drawn to Life show by Cirque du Soleil, now is the time. You can currently get a child’s ticket for just $25 with the purchase of a full-price adult ticket. This deal is available for performances through September 20, as long as you book by September 6.
Finally, keep an eye out for more seating and umbrellas being added to the West Side. These small updates make a big difference when you need a place to sit and enjoy the Disney Springs atmosphere.
