Frontierland Unveils New Immersive Scenes on Rivers of the Far West

As guests set sail from Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing, they’ll discover four exciting new scenes along the banks of the Rivers of the Far West aboard the Molly Brown. These additions will be installed progressively over the coming weeks.

Drawing inspiration from the original concepts by Disney Legend and Imagineer Marc Davis, these captivating new scenes and charming animal figures – including a majestic bison on the prairie, adorable raccoons, and a playful skunk perched on a floating tree trunk – have been specially re-imagined and brought to life by the talented teams at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris.

These exciting new additions build upon the recent refurbishment of the iconic Molly Brown paddleboat, further enhancing the guest experience and deepening the immersive magic of Frontierland.

And because the installation work is being conducted overnight, Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing will remain open for all guests eager to enjoy a peaceful cruise along the tranquil Rivers of the Far West.
