Introducing Six Ravens: A New Savory Story at Disney Springs
Next, for the foodies, a little birdy (or should I say, a little raven?) has whispered some exciting news! Gideon’s Bakehouse, a bakery we all adore at Disney Springs, is getting ready to launch its brand-new concept: Six Ravens.

This spot, opening in The Landing, specializes in grab-and-go hand pies. Their signature creation, called ‘Coffyns,’ are house-made yeast rolls filled with savory goodness, inspired by old Medieval European pastry cases. You can pair these delicious Coffyns with smashed potatoes and tasty dips like sweet heat or homemade honey mustard. Historically, these ‘coffyns’ kept meals fresh for long journeys, so they’re perfect for a quick, delicious bite on the go at Disney Springs. Six Ravens will also serve local beers, brewed in partnership with popular Orlando spots like Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.
Your Favorite Brands Right in the Heart of the Magic
Need some retail therapy? Disney Springs welcomes several new shoe and apparel brands, so you can look and feel your best!
Vans is opening its doors soon, bringing classic footwear, comfy sneakers, skate shoes, and apparel.
If you’re looking for performance gear, the Oakley store has already reopened with a fresh new look, just in time for summer. Stop by for their eyewear, apparel, and accessories, all redesigned to keep you stylish for those sunny Florida days.

Time for some treats! Outside Morimoto Asia, you’ll find the new Kakigori Kool cart. This is your go-to for Japan’s beloved shaved ice dessert, topped with fruity syrups and fun additions like strawberry popping boba and fresh pineapple. It’s exactly what you need to beat the summer heat!
Speaking of Morimoto Asia, both it and The Polite Pig have earned recognition in the MICHELIN Guide. Just another fantastic reason to add these award-winning restaurants to your summer must-do list.
And for all you chocolate fanatics, Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop in the Marketplace is getting a magical makeover! Expect more indoor seating, a refreshed layout, and a few extra surprises when it reopens in 2027. Don’t worry, though; you can still get your famous Hot Fudge Sundaes and other treats at their temporary spot in Town Center, opening later this summer.
Meanwhile, over at Goofy’s Candy Company, get ready to create your own custom popcorn mix! You choose from caramel, buttered, or Disney Springs’ exclusive orange citrus flavor, then add a chocolate drizzle and two or three candy mix-ins. It’s a personalized snack that’s perfect for summer.
