Fantasyland: Ongoing Transformations

At Disneyland Paris’s Fantasyland, roof and building renovations for the Pinocchio unit (the attraction and restaurant) are nearing completion. The transformation is already breathtaking and beautiful.

The Snow White attraction has already begun its renovation, a project that will gradually extend across the entire building.

Peter Pan’s roofs are expected to follow, with exterior queue roof work announced for 2024.

The Impact of Drones on Building Roofs

Meanwhile, the roofs of Cinderella’s Royal Table restaurant (L’Auberge de Cendrillon) also show extensive signs of impact and wear. The reason is well-known and visible: drones. This is why the use of this technological tool has been permanently discontinued for nighttime spectaculars in Disneyland Park.

Indeed, it wasn’t merely the operational cost that led to this decision, but rather all the extensive repair and maintenance work they necessitated on the land’s roofs.
