Ever find yourself craving the authentic tastes of EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion long after your Disney World trip? You’re not alone! This charming corner of World Showcase is a fan favorite, serving up hearty cuisine, refreshing German beers, and lively traditions year-round. It’s truly the heart of Oktoberfest at Disney World, offering savory flavors that instantly transport you to Bavaria.

Great news for Food & Wine Festival fans! The beloved German Schinkennudeln dish returns for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. This cheesy pasta is a classic, and you’ll find it as part of Emile’s Fromage Montage. This year marks the festival’s 30th anniversary, and to celebrate, Disney brings back 30 fan-favorite items, including this delightful pasta, giving us all another chance to savor an EPCOT staple.

Imagine pairing this rich pasta with a crisp German beer, then finishing with some warm apple strudel. Pure magic! If you’re ready to bring that EPCOT magic home, grab your apron. Here’s how to make Schinkennudeln yourself.

    Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 16- x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
    2. Whisk together cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Toss cheeses together in a small bowl until combined; remove 1 cup cheese and set aside. Stir remaining cheeses into cream mixture.
    3. Cook macaroni until just tender; drain and add cream mixture, stirring immediately. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover with foil.
    4. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle reserved cheese over top of noodles. Bake 15 minutes longer.
    5. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm.

To add protein to this dish, add 2 cups of diced ham to the macaroni mixture before baking.

For me, the Germany Pavilion has always been a standout culinary spot in World Showcase. I just love soaking in the atmosphere, enjoying a good meal, and feeling transported.

If you make this amazing dish for your own Oktoberfest celebration, we’d love to hear about it! Enjoy bringing a piece of EPCOT home.
