  • Anaheim’s Happiest Day: Disneyland Resort Brings Magic to the Community!

Disneyland Resort isn’t just about what’s inside the parks; it’s about spreading magic far and wide! Get ready, Anaheim, because Disney is bringing a dose of pure joy right to your doorstep.

Walt Disney always envisioned Disneyland as a place of joy, and that spirit still thrives today, reaching far beyond the park gates. For over 70 years, Disneyland Resort has actively brought happiness to families across Orange County and Anaheim. Last year, they even marked their 70th anniversary with “70 Happiest Hours in Anaheim,” a fantastic three-day citywide celebration.

This year, The Happiest Place on Earth is turning up the magic even more for the local community! On August 27, Disneyland Resort is creating “The Happiest Day in Anaheim,” inviting residents to enjoy exciting events and fun surprises.

Imagine treat stops popping up at various spots, surprise visits from beloved characters, and so much more! If you’re an Anaheim resident, keep your eyes peeled this week for plenty of magical moments.

Traveling Across Anaheim with Disney Treats

Before the big “Happiest Day,” Disney already started spreading joy in the best way possible: with treats! Throughout the month, over 2,000 Anaheim residents received a sprinkle of Disney magic as surprise treat stops appeared across the city.

Disney VoluntEARS popped up at community centers and events, surprising kids at summer camp or welcoming families at the YMCA Sports Complex. They handed out bubble wands, Mickey Mouse plush toys, and Minnie Mouse ears, bringing smiles and unique treats to residents of all ages at each surprise location.
