You can even share your Christmas wishes with Santa Claus himself! He makes special appearances across Disneyland, California Adventure, and all three Hotels of the Disneyland Resort, ready to spread holiday cheer to everyone.

This time of year makes Disneyland Park especially enchanting! Imagine strolling down Main Street, U.S.A., past the impressive 60-foot-tall Christmas tree. Then, witness Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle come to life each night, glittering with 80,000 shimmering lights, transforming it into a sparkling, snowy marvel.

Want to dive deeper into the magic? The Holiday Time at the Disneyland Resort Guided Tour offers a fantastic way to discover Disneyland’s cherished holiday traditions and hear heartwarming stories about Walt Disney and his family. With Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle, “it’s a small world” Holiday, or the Rivers of America as your backdrop, this show is pure magic. As a special treat, all three locations, along with parts of Main Street, U.S.A., even feature a magical snowfall!

Grab a cozy spot along the parade route to watch “A Christmas Fantasy Parade.” This festive procession features reindeer, toy soldiers, dancing gingerbread cookies, and more, all culminating in a grand finale with Santa Claus himself!

Inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, Haunted Mansion Holiday brings a spooky, seasonal spin to this beloved attraction for the holidays. This year, we celebrate 25 years of showstopping confectionery creations, with the attraction’s annual gingerbread house in the ballroom scene taking the form of a delightfully monstrous music box. It’s always a highlight!

For even more holiday enchantment, “it’s a small world” Holiday transforms the classic attraction with festive tunes and whimsical decorations. Plus, the attraction’s exterior makes for a perfect holiday photo opportunity, with 400,000 lights illuminating the façade and ornate landscaping, even featuring an adorable Santa hat on the clockface.

Over at California Adventure, “World of Color – Season of Light” returns on November 13, 2026, for the holidays. This breathtaking nighttime spectacular truly embodies the spirit of the season, featuring classic films like Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Beauty and the Beast and heartwarming favorites including Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out.

You’ll find a ton of other special holiday offerings in California Adventure too. Look out for the Holiday Toy Drummers in Paradise Gardens Park or spot Mickey Mouse and friends in their charming winter attire on Buena Vista Street.

Don’t forget to visit Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, which transforms into Santa’s Holiday Visit! It’s a holly, jolly, joy-filled playground where kids can explore seasonal games and outdoor activities before visiting Santa to share their wish lists.

Step into Cars Land and instantly feel the joyful mood as colorful lights, wreaths, bows, and Christmas cheer greet you! You can watch the festive lights come to life every day at sunset when the “Sh-boom” moment signals the transition from day to night.

Cars Land also brings whimsical winter attraction overlays: Luigi’s Joy to the Whirl and Mater’s Jingle Jamboree. They really deck the “hauls” for the holidays!

Holiday traditions aren’t complete without festive food and drink, bringing everyone together! Disney Festival of Holidays at California Adventure features six marketplaces with new items and returning seasonal flavors.

You can easily sample a variety of flavors during this year’s Disney Festival of Holidays by purchasing a Sip and Savor Pass. On select days on Buena Vista Street, embrace the holiday spirit during “A Musical Christmas with Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland & Miguel!” Here, Miguel from Pixar’s Coco and Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland perform joyous bilingual holiday music.

Additionally, “Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season” returns on select days, featuring Mirabel from Disney Animation’s Encanto and some of her friends. Enjoy live performances of songs from the film during this seasonal show at Paradise Gardens Park.

Discover the rich cultures and traditions of Disney ¡Viva Navidad!, a vibrant celebration inspired by holiday traditions, music, dance, and storytelling from across Latin America.

On select days, enjoy the Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party, featuring The Three Caballeros, folklorico dancers, mariachis, Brazilian samba dancers, drummers, and a special appearance by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their festive holiday attire.

You might even encounter The Three Caballeros, as well as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Goofy in their unique holiday outfits at Paradise Gardens Park in California Adventure at select times.

Purchase an activity map from a participating retail location, head out on your search, and then exchange your completed map at a redemption location to receive a special ornament keepsake.
