Star Wars Night !
Retour sur cette soirée unique du 16 décembre dernier pour célébrer la Saga connue mondialement.

C’est à 20h, après la fermeture du parc que la soirée commence,.
Et pour ce faire, Disney lance la grande cérémonie d’ouverture Star wars avec une parade, des stars à bord de véhicules, notamment Rey et Kylo Ren et 60 personnages de la saga. Une fois à l’entrée de Discoveryland, stars et personnages ouvrent le land et invitent les visiteurs à les suivre pour commencer la soirée.
It is 8 p.m., the Park is closed, the evening begins.
And in doing so, Disney launches the great ceremony opening Star wars with a parade, the stars aboard vehicles and 60 characters of the saga including Rey and Kylo Ren. Once at the entrance to Discoveryland, stars and characters open the land and invite visitors to follow to start the evening.
Pour rentrer dans le land, nous sommes accueilli par des Jedi formant un chemin jusqu’au tunnel intergalactique surveillé par des stormtroopers.
To enter in the land, we are welcomed by the Jedi, forming a path to the Intergalactic tunnel monitored by the stormtroopers.
Voila ! Nous sommes maintenant au cœur de la soirée !
Pour cela, le land est couvert de la musique des films, des touches d’ambiances lumineuses bleues et blanches sont ajoutées bien que Discoveryland par son architecture et sa conception unique au monde nous transporte déjà dans un monde du futur.
Voila! We are now at the heart of the evening!
To do this, the land is in the music of the films, the ambiances light blue and white are added, in Discoveryland by its architecture and its unique design which transports us into an other world.
Coté attractions, aucune attente durant la soirée, sauf pour Autopia on a affiché 10mn au compteur.
Des points photos ont été disposés aux quatre coins du land avec les backdrop du dernier film et surprise, des bruitages pour nous surprendre par moment !
For the attractions, no waiting during the evening, except for Autopia with 10 mn.
Photolocations have been laced to the four corners of the land with the backdrop of the latest movie and sound effects are added to surprise us at times!
Videopolis avec son Café Hypérion a été relooké avec posters et affiches géantes ! De plus, pour se démarqué, le bâtiment a été équipé de sa propre sonorisation Star Wars, ce qui lui permet de se démarquer du reste du land.
C’est qu’il était possible de se faire maquiller gratuitement, se faire prendre en photo avec une réplique de BB8 ou encore d’assister à un combat de sabre laser avant un quiz pour les fans de l’univers Star Wars dans Padawan Challenge.
Videopolis with its Café Hyperion has been revamped with posters and giant posters! Moreover, to be singled out, the building was equipped with its own sound system Star Wars, allowing it to stand out from the rest of the land.
It was possible to be a free face painting, to take a picture with a replica of BB8 or even attend a lightsaber fight before a quiz for fans of the Star Wars universe with The Padawan Challenge.
En sortant de Vidéopolis c’est l’heure d’une nouvelle parade, la marche impériale Star Wars nous permet de revoir nos héros mais en plus R2D2 et d’autres droïdes ! Un très bon moment à ne pas manquer.

Un DJ Dance Party met le feu juste à coté de l’entrée de Star Tours.
Il faut noter des installations bien plus impressionnant que dans la soirée halloween, avec écran transparent, lasers, lances flammes, en plus des spots, fumigènes et diffuseurs de bulles.

Après quelques pas de dance, nous nous dirigeons vers la Convention Star Wars en français et anglais. Un moment unique avec les stars qui ont fait de la Saga un incontournable dans le monde.
After a few dances , we move towards the Star Wars Convention who are in french and English. A unique moment with the stars who made the Saga a must in the world.
C’est en sortant que nous voyons les points de rencontres comme Chewbacca ou encore Dark Vador et les Stormtrooper. Petit bémol, comme durant la soirée halloween, les temps d’attentes pour faire des photos avec les personnages. Il faudra la prochaine fois être créatif pour éviter 1h de queue pour faire une photo avec son idole..
Et pour clôturer la soirée à minuit, une surprise avec comme vedette Dark Vador entre un feu d’artifice et des lances flammes !
At the end of the convention we see the meeting point as Chewbacca or Darth Vader and the Stormtrooper.Small flat, as the Halloween Night, times expectations for making pictures with the characters. It will take the next time be creative to avoid 1 hour tail to make a photo with his idol.
And to close the evening at midnight, a surprise with starring Dark Vador between Fireworks and flames Spears!
Bien que dans la première partie du land autour de l’attraction Orbitron, ça manquait un peu d’ambiance et d’activité, cette soirée a été tout simplement géniale et dans le thème ! On est même demandeur de nouvelles qui permettraient de développer les activités proposées dans une version 2.0 et devenir alors un incontournable.
Disneyland Paris a un grand potentiel s’il arrive à organiser des événements de ce genre suffisamment en amont pour communiquer et les vendre plus facilement à sa clientèle qui pourra alors les inscrire à ses agendas.

Although in the first part of the land around the Orbitron attraction, it lacked a bit of atmosphere and activities, this evening was just great and in the theme! we are same applicant of new evenings that disney can develop with again more activities proposed in a version 2.0 and become then a must.
Disneyland Paris has great potential if it happens to organize events of this kind enough upstream to communicate and sell them more easily to its customers who may then include them in their agendas.
