  • Disneyland Paris Reopens on July 15

    It’s official, Disneyland Paris has just announced its reopening for July 15, 2020 and an others informations are importants!

    Disneyland Paris today announced a gradual reopening of its Resort, including Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel and Disney Village (Downtown Disney District) starting July 15, 2020. This reopening is in line with the standards recommended by the competent public authorities. Theme Parks will open with limited capacity, enhanced hygiene and safety measures, and regulated attendance thanks to a new online booking system for the 25,000 daily visitors. So to access the parks, tickets or stay will have to be booked in advance. Other information should be considered:

    Disney Hotels : Reopening Dates

    ● Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne : July 20th,

    ● Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe : August 3,

    ● Disneyland Hotel : 7 September 7,

    ● Disney’s Sequoia Lodge et Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch : after the summer (no date).

    Hygiene measures and social distances have a direct impact on tourist sites. When it reopens, it may be that no representation will take place. Some shows such as the “Disney Stars on Parade” and the nightly show “Disney Illuminations” will be back at a later date. Shows such as “The Lion King and The Rhythms of the Earth” and “The Rhythm of the Jungle” will return later this summer.

    Encounters with Disney characters will be temporarily suspended but they will be present in the parks to entertain visitors “in a new way”.

    Cast Members and visitors of 11 years and older will also be required to wear a mask throughout the Resort.

    Ticketing and booking system

    Disneyland Paris will welcome a limited number of visitors to the daily newspapers during its reopening period. A new online booking system will be available in early July.

    To guarantee admission to Disneyland Paris, visitors who have either purchased or purchased undated tickets, as well as holders of an Annual Pass, will need to register on this booking platform before they arrive on site in order to obtain a reservation for admission to theme parks.

    Visitors who already have a dated ticket will not need to register and book a date. Similarly, visitors with a package holiday including entry to the parks will be admitted for the duration of their stay and do not need to resort to the new online booking system.

    Ticket and package sales are currently available on the official website of Disneyland Paris, the central booking centre and via the official travel partners, with a limited number of tickets per day during the initial reopening. On-site ticket sales will not be available when they reopen.
