Get ready for a vibrant celebration at Walt Disney World Resort! From September 15 to October 15, the parks come alive with “Together We Are Magia!”, honoring Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month. It’s a fantastic way to experience rich traditions, amazing music, and heartwarming culture across the entire resort.
This year, the incredible Puerto Rican superstar Luis Fonsi joined the festivities. He shared his deep love for music, family, and his Puerto Rican roots with everyone at Walt Disney World.
During his visit, Fonsi experienced the lively ¡Celebración Encanto! at EPCOT, where he met Mirabel and Bruno. He even danced along with the Storytellers and Primos! And just like us, he couldn’t resist a ride on his favorite attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and, of course, a meet-and-greet with the one and only Mickey Mouse.
Fonsi expressed his pride, saying: “It’s an honor to be part of this celebration and to share all the magia that happens when we come together as one. As a Puerto Rican, I’m incredibly proud of my roots and of the opportunity to celebrate our culture with families from around the world.”

If you’re staying at a resort, keep an eye out for select Movies Under the Stars experiences. They often feature Hispanic and Latin American-inspired storytelling, music, dance, and films – perfect for a relaxing evening!
