If you love sweet delights, you will adore Inside Out: Joyful Sweets! This brand-new shop brings an entirely fresh menu, featuring over 20 flavors of gelato and ice cream. You’ll also find a colorful lineup of signature treats. Plus, new, larger-than-life sculptures from Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2, like Anxiety and the Sense of Self, will welcome you. It sounds like a truly joyous experience!

Sea Notes, an iridescent piano lounge, draws inspiration from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ The Little Mermaid. Here, you’ll discover a collection of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages as whimsical as the venue’s pearlescent piano and under-the-sea design.

If you dream of being ‘part of Ariel’s world,’ two special drinks await you. Both served in an opulent seashell-inspired glass, the Sea Salt Martini features Mermaid Sea Salt Vodka, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, cucumber juice, and Cocchi Americano Aperitif, topped with salted coconut sea foam and beet leaf microgreens.

For a non-alcoholic option, try the Under the Seaweed. It combines Lyre’s Tequila Alternative, cucumber juice, coconut water, lime juice, and blue curacao syrup, finished with nori seaweed and salted coconut sea foam.

At Wishing Well, you step into a storybook setting themed after the Disney Animation classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. You’ll find a delightful lineup of concoctions and tasty potions inspired by the film. The Peddler’s Disguise, for instance, evokes the Evil Queen herself with a potion that magically changes colors when poured into its glass: green apple, elderflower, vanilla, white cranberry juice, lime juice, and Fever-Tree Lime Yuzu Soda.

Finally, we journey to an astronomer’s laboratory at Skygazers, the new pub on the Disney Believe.

Here, the stars inspire not only the props and artifacts but also the drinks! Served in a sparkly vessel reminiscent of night sky constellations, the Moonshine (Roku Gin, Dassai Blue 50 Sake, Chareau Aloe Liqueur, Cocchi Americano Aperitif, and moon aroma bubble) and its non-alcoholic counterpart, Starshine (Seedlip Garden 108 Distilled Non-Alcoholic Spirit, Origami Zero Non-Alcoholic Sake, white grape, yuzu, elderflower, and moon aroma bubble), shimmer as brightly as the celestial bodies above.
