  • Disneyland Paris Celebrates a Colorful Pride Month

June brought a wave of color and celebration to Disneyland Paris! The resort embraced Pride Month with a vibrant program, uniting guests and Cast Members around its core values of inclusion.

    For Guests

On June 28th, the magic truly came alive for park visitors. Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Donald, Daisy, Chip & Dale, along with a host of enthusiastic Cast Members, marched proudly in the ‘Disney Pride in Color Pre-Parade.’ Imagine seeing all your favorite characters, dressed in rainbow hues, parading down Main Street! Throughout the day, guests also got a unique chance to meet these colorfully dressed Disney Characters in Disneyland Park, posing for unforgettable photos. It was pure joy and a fantastic way to show support.

Behind the Scenes for Cast Members

But the celebration wasn’t just for our guests. Backstage, on June 23rd, Cast Members enjoyed their own special event. They participated in inspiring conferences covering fashion and pop culture – talk about staying on top of trends! The day also featured fun, creative moments and plenty of friendly interaction. To top it all off, the internal Disney PRIDE network organized a lively bingo game, fostering a real sense of community and shared spirit among colleagues. It’s always great to see how much goes on behind the scenes to make the magic happen, not just for us, but for those who create it.

While Pride Month might be over, Disneyland Paris’s dedication to inclusion doesn’t stop. Far from it! The resort continues its commitment all year long, through various initiatives and events designed for both Cast Members and guests. It’s a continuous effort to ensure everyone feels welcome and celebrated, every single day.
