    Six Ravens Coffyns Disney Springs

This isn’t about cookies; Six Ravens focuses on grab-and-go hand pies. Their signature creation, called Coffyns, are house-made yeast rolls filled with savory goodness, inspired by old Medieval pastry cases. You can pair these delicious Coffyns with smashed potatoes and a choice of amazing dips like sweet heat or homemade honey mustard. These “coffyns” were originally designed to keep meals fresh for travelers, and here at Disney Springs, they’ll be your perfect snack for exploring!

They’ll also serve local beers, brewed in collaboration with popular Orlando spots like Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig. A perfect combo for a savory treat.

Feeling the heat? Cool down with a Kakigori Kool! This new cart from Morimoto Asia, located right outside the restaurant, serves Japan’s famous shaved ice dessert. Think fruity syrups and playful toppings like strawberry popping boba and fresh pineapple – it’s a perfect refreshing treat.

While we’re talking Morimoto Asia, did you know both this iconic restaurant and The Polite Pig earned a spot in the MICHELIN Guide? That’s an excellent reason to add these award-winning dining experiences to your summer plans!

And for all you chocolate fanatics, get ready for a sweet makeover! The Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop in the Marketplace is getting a big renovation, set for completion in 2027. Expect more indoor seating, a new layout, and some extra surprises. Don’t worry though, you won’t miss out on your favorite World-Famous Hot Fudge Sundaes. Ghirardelli will open a temporary location in Town Center later this summer to keep your cravings satisfied.

Snack lovers, listen up! Goofy’s Candy Company will soon launch a new create-your-own popcorn offering. Imagine designing your perfect mix: choose from caramel, buttered, or the exclusive Disney Springs orange citrus popcorn. Then add a chocolate drizzle and two or three candy mix-ins.
