What’s New, What’s Next 2016 & More

Bonjours a tous voici notre retour sur l’actualité du parc !
Kat de Blois, Creative Director de Disneyland Paris a fait une présentation de nouveautés au « What’s New, What’s Next 2016 ».

Hello has all here our return on the actuality of the Park!
Kat de Blois, Creative Director to Disneyland Paris made us a presentation of some novelty to the « What’s New, What’s Next 2016 ».

La saison de Printemps du 5 mars au 29 mai 2016 retrouvera ses trois spectacles :
Of the March 5 to may 29, 2016 the spring season will start with these three shows:

« Goofy’s Garden Party » sur Central Plaza mettant en scène Dingo jardinier, des topiaires, des danseurs pour 4 représentations par jour.
« Goofy’s Garden Party » on Central Plaza with Goofy gardener , topiaries and dancers for 4 performances per day.

« Welcome to Spring » au Castle Stage.
« Welcome to Spring » at the Castle Stage.

« Le Petit Train du Printemps de Minnie » qui sera cette année thématisé sur le Chat de Chester d’ Alice au Pays des Merveilles, en plus de l’ajout d’un wagon aux couleurs du personnage. Le wagon tender sera consacré au Monde de Némo. Cette année des danseurs accompagneronst le train.
« Minnie’s Little Spring Train » will be this year themed of the cat Chester of « Alice in Wonderland » and the caracter will be added in a new wagon. One wagon will be devoted to the « Finding Nemo ». This year’s several dancers will be around the train.

Goofy’s Garden Party

La mise en place d’anciennes et nouvelles décorations avant le début de la saison se justifie pour mieux accompagner le lancement du nouveau spectacle joué au Chaparral Theatre « La Forêt de l’Enchantement : une aventure musicale Disney ».
The arrival of old and new decorations one month before begening of the season was justified to better accompany the launch of the new show at the Chaparral Theatre « the forest of Enchantment: a Disney musical adventure ».

Dès le 2 juillet, « Mickey et le Magicien » prendra ses quartiers au « Animagique theater » pour 5 représentations de 28 minutes par jour, toute l’année. Cela dit, le spectacle ne durera pas aussi longtemps que son prédécesseur Animagique qui existait depuis l’inauguration du parc en 2002.
Le spectacle sera sur le thème des grandes illusions. Mickey sera appelé a nettoyer en une nuit l’atelier d’un grand magicien. Mais nous connaissons Mickey et sa curiosité légendaire, en découvrant tous les objets il ne pourra pas résister à la tentation de toucher un chandelier qui se transforme en Lumière (La Belle et la Bête), une lampe magique qui fera apparaître le génie ou encore l’arrivée de Marraine la bonne fée ! Tout dans cet atelier peut prendre vie et cette aventure s’offrira à nous toute une nuit.
Il est à noter que le spectacle regroupera des performances Live aussi bien chantées que de claquettes.

As of july2 « Mickey and the magician » will start in the « Animagique theater » for 5 performances per day lasting approximately 28 minutes each, all the days of the year. The show did not last as long that predecessor Animagique which had existed for nearly 14 years since the inauguration of the Park in 2002.
Show will be on the theme of grand illusions. Mickey will have to hurry to clean in one night the workshop of a great magician. But we know mickey and his legendary curiosity, in discovering all the objects it will not be able to resist the temptation to touch a candlestick which turns into Lumière (beauty and the beast), a magic lamp which will appear the Genie or even the fairy godmother to cinderella ! Everything in this workshop can take life during throughout a night.
It is worth noting that the show will bring together a Live performance sing and of clappers.

Le Semi-Marathon de Disneyland Paris, runDisney du 23 au 25 septembre 2016, permettra pour la première fois en Europe de lier courses pour enfants et adultes. Le week-end sera organisé par runDisney qui organise depuis 20 ans des événements dans les parcs Disney aux Etats-Unis.

The Paris Disneyland half marathon, runDisney 23-September 25, 2016, will for the first time in Europe and in disney in france link races for children and adults. The weekend will be organized by runDisney that organizes since 20 years of the events of the Disney parks in the United States.

Regarding news about the Disneyland Park:

Bonne nouvelle il fait beau malgré un parc peu visité par le guests alors qu’on est en période de vacances scolaires.
Good news,the sun in this day but no guests in the park.

Au niveau de la gare de Main Street, des palissades ont été installées entre les voies et le chantier pour cacher les échafaudages en attendant la reprise de la circulation d’ici moins d’un mois.
In the Main Street station the Palisades was installed between the road and the construction zone to hide at the visitors the scaffoldings for the resumption of the trains within less than a month.

Le cœur géant de Spring a été installé.
The giant heart of Spring was been installed.

Le restaurant Victoria’s à maintenant ses extérieurs entièrement repeints.
Victoria’s restaurant has now its exterior completely repaint.

Discoveryland

Les jours sont comptés pour star tours. Dernier voyage vers la lune d’Endor le 16 mars !
The countdown continue for star tours, Last departure to the Moon Endor March 16 !

Au niveau du bâtiment, les couleurs bleues et oranges de la version 2 de l’attraction sont déjà appliqués depuis quelques mois sur la partie arrière visible au niveau de la gare.
At the level of the building, the colors Blue and orange of the version 2 of the attraction are already applied for some months, visible on the level of the railroad station .

Nouvelle porte pour séparer le parc et les backstage de vidéopolis au niveau du passage entre discoveryland et Fantasyland.
Cette dernière moins thématisée et moins large, couvre moins les coulisses offrant directement une vue « bad show » et c’est vraiment dommage.

New door to separate the parc od the backstage of videopolis in the passage between Fantasyland and discoveryland.
This door is less wide and hides less the view to backstage, we can see easily the ‘bad show’. We don’t publish the pictures of the backstage that we can see in the park effortlessly while walking on the road.

Bien que le bassin de Fantasyland fut repeint, ce dernier n’a pas été réhabilité, les couvertures en béton sont totalement éclatées et offre un visuel déplorable.
Although the basin of Fantasyland was repaint, the latter has not been rehabilited, the concrete cover is totally explosed and offers a deplorable Visual.

Et si on visitait le restaurant Toad Hall ?

A Adventureland, les échafaudages continus à s’étaler toujours plus sur le skull rock et à grimper sur l’arbre des Robinsons.
At Adventureland, the scaffoldings continue to spread still more on the skull rock and climb on the tree of the robinsons.

Le problème des travaux en cours est l’arrêt du traitement des bassins qui n’ont pas été vidé. Résultat, la vase à envahie les lieux, l’eau stagnante est verte et noir par endroit. Si le climat redevient doux avec le retour de la chaleur, les odeurs vont suivre.
The problem of work in progress is the discontinuation of the basins that have not been emptied. Result, the vase invaded the lagon in the land, standing water is green and black. If the climate becomes hot, the smells will follow.

A frontierland, on peut voir sur ces photos la progression des échafaudages, le retrait d’arbres avec la terre retournée sur des îlots et la poursuite du nettoyage du canyon avant d’être repeint.
To frontierland, there can see on those pictures the progression of scaffoldings, the withdrawal of trees with the land returned on small islands and the continuation of the cleansing of the canyon with to be repeins.

La gare du Big Thunder Mountain commence a être recouverte par des échafaudages.
The Big Thunder Mountain station starts to be under scaffoldings.

Près de l’air de jeux de Pocahontas actuellement fermée, des travaux sont en cours pour l’installation d’équipement permettant l’utilisation de fumigènes pour la nouvelle scène finale qui sera identique que celle de Disneyland en Californie.
Near Pocahontas village (play area for children) currently closed, work is in court for installation of equipment allowing the use of smoke for the new final scene to Big thunder Mountain will be the same as that of Disneyland in California.

Actuellement frontierland est vide avec une seule attraction en fonctionnement. Seul attrait, le nouveau spectacle, cela dit, pour y accéder ont passe par moment dans des couloirs de palissades thématisés.
Currently frontierland is truly empty with only a single attraction in operation. With the new show, the access is not beautiful in the corridors of Palisades despite their a few thématisassions.
