Guests now get two brand-new ways to satisfy their sweet tooth with a clever mashup of Disney favorites: churros and DOLE Whip.

Chef Brad and his culinary team developed these treats during a property-wide competition called the Churro-lympics. Back in April, culinary teams across Walt Disney World reimagined the classic Disney churro to showcase their talents and creativity.

For Chef Brad, that meant building globally inspired flavors that fit right into the park’s atmosphere.

“We wanted the flavors of a classic tiramisu,” Chef Brad explains. The drink starts with sweetened Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee, topped with mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa powder, and finished with a crunchy churro.

“We wanted to bring together two iconic Walt Disney World snacks,” says Chef Brad. They layered tropical flavors with Latin-inspired accents by adding chili-lime marinated pineapple for a sweet kick, acidity, and warmth alongside the crunchy churro.

“Guests really enjoy the combination of these two snacks on a hot day while walking around the park.”
