Get ready, Star Wars fans! Huge news just dropped from a galaxy far, far away – and it’s landing right in the heart of Disneyland Park! Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is about to change forever, bringing even more iconic moments to life.

Mark your calendars for April 29, 2026! Starting then, Black Spire Outpost on Batuu will expand its timeline. This means you’ll no longer be confined to one specific era. Prepare to rub shoulders with heroes and villains from across the Star Wars saga, all in one incredible land.

An Expanded Galaxy: New Characters Arrive!

Remember how Galaxy’s Edge always focused on the Resistance era? Well, that’s changing in a big way! Imagine this: Darth Vader himself will stalk through Batuu, hunting for Luke Skywalker, backed by Imperial Stormtroopers. The tension will be palpable!

Hear the Iconic Scores of John Williams

The atmosphere is getting an upgrade too. John Williams’ iconic scores, pulling themes from the first six films, will fill the air throughout the land. As you pass through the tunnels, the « Main Title » and Force Theme will draw you in.

Wander through Batuu and you’ll hear motifs from classics like « Han Solo and the Princess, » « The Desert and the Robot Auction, » and « The Emperor. » And yes, « Cantina Band » will still blast from Oga’s Cantina, where Oga Garra just opened her watering hole in this new, expanded timeline.
