Remember D23 2024? What an evening! Disney Experiences unveiled so many incredible projects for our parks, cruise line, and destinations worldwide. We saw new lands, attractions, ships, and experiences – things that were just sketches back then, truly an unprecedented glimpse into the future.

For Michael, becoming an Imagineer is a dream come true, a real full-circle moment! A childhood encounter with the Country Bear Jamboree ignited his fascination with Disney Parks and Imagineering. That passion turned into a career. Today, he helps bring some of the biggest dreams for Walt Disney World to life. As a lifelong EPCOT fan, being part of a showcase inspired by Horizons holds a special meaning for him.

Emily “Emo” O’Brien, Portfolio Executive Creative Producer, Disneyland Resort and Tokyo Disney Resort

Emo believes the best Disney stories are the ones you can physically step into. Throughout her Imagineering journey, she’s created immersive experiences globally, from Cars Land at Disney California Adventure to Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea. Now, she shapes the future of Disneyland Resort, driven by storytelling’s power to unite people and create new memories.

Caroline May, Executive Creative Director, Walt Disney World

Inspired by creative pioneers like Mary Blair, Caroline has always believed in the power of visual storytelling. Her love for art and design led her to Imagineering, where she helps create immersive experiences that surprise, delight, and spark curiosity. Caroline is passionate about finding fresh ways to tell stories and crafting moments that offer guests a new perspective on Disney worlds.
