Get ready for some new tunes at Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom! Carol, a beloved Cast Member with 36 years of Disney magic under her belt, now brings her incredible musical talent and storytelling to the iconic piano on Main Street U.S.A.

“Casey’s Corner just bursts with joy and energy, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be part of it,” Carol shared, admitting it felt “a little like the first day of school.” Imagine playing piano since you were four years old – that’s Carol! Even with all that experience, she still feels excitement and a few nerves starting something new. She’s been busy learning new songs and dusting off old favorites, ready to share that incredible music and energy with everyone.

Music runs deep in Carol’s family. She was reading music at just two years old, long before she even dreamed of joining Disney World!

This new role is the latest amazing chapter in Carol’s Disney journey. As a Central Florida native, her Disney story began way back in 1990 at Pleasure Island’s Comedy Warehouse, where she performed nightly, dazzling guests with her incredible skills.

Since then, Carol has graced stages all over Walt Disney World. You might have seen her at the Rose & Crown Pub or various festivals at EPCOT, or perhaps at the lively Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Her personal favorite was the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. And now? She adds Casey’s Corner to her impressive list, bringing those iconic ragtime classics to Main Street.

When she’s not exploring the world or catching up with fellow Cast Member friends, Carol fills the air with beautiful melodies for guests. She even plays some of her favorites from composer Alan Menken, like the stunning pieces from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

“I’m so passionate about music,” she explains. “I’ve played my whole life; I honestly can’t remember a time without a piano. And Disney? The positive energy it brings is just incredible. As performers, we sometimes forget the real impact we have. But here, with live music, we get to connect personally with guests and touch their lives in such a unique way.”

Creating those magical moments is exactly why Carol feels so lucky to keep growing within her Disney career. It’s a testament to the company valuing its talent.

“Growing up with Walt Disney World practically in my backyard, then getting to be a part of it, sharing my greatest love – music – with guests who also love Disney… I never take that for granted,” she says.

Whether she’s playing a guest’s all-time favorite Disney song or helping someone discover a brand new musical memory, Carol’s mission remains simple: spread joy through music. Her inspiration? One of her favorite Disney characters, of course!

“Tinker Bell has always been my absolute favorite,” Carol reveals. “She tinkers and fixes broken things, and I see my music doing the same. If someone feels down, I want my music to lift their spirits. And if they’re already happy with a special song in mind, playing it for them is pure joy. Tinker Bell is sassy, she spreads joy, and she sprinkles pixie dust. That’s exactly what I aim to bring to every guest through my piano.”

After more than three decades with Disney, Carol continues to craft magical moments for guests, one enchanting song at a time. Her dedication truly shines through every note.
