Disney Tales of Magic

On January 10, Disneyland Paris released a new nighttime show!

The show shows magic in all its forms without following a storyline, moving away from a linear story (Disney Dreams 2012) or a sequence of IPs (Disney Illuminations 2017). With ‘Disney Dreams’, we had a show that, for its time, brought a great technical evolution and a story that made Disneyland Paris grow in its night-time offering like never before, approaching American quality. Disney Illuminations’, unfortunately, lagged behind in the technical evolution and creativity of the offering, making a good European show. But here, ‘Tales of Magic’ is a show of international stature. The technical demonstration is incredible! The show has a good balance, but in bad weather (without drones or limited pyrotechnics) I don’t know how it would be received. Despite a few flaws, at times it surpasses American productions. In fact, it’s shocking to experience it in such an unexpected way!

A complete show featuring drones, fireworks, fireworks, fountains and projections, which makes up for the lack of fireworks at Disney imposed by local residents;

Quiet finale with few fireworks
Some incredible drone figures (we’re hoping for a future evolution to make them more iconic and numerous)
No story
The English narration is splendid, but not for the the French voice.
The absence of the second star (hopping temporary)

In conclusion, run to see this grandiose show! A once-in-a-lifetime experience.
