The Forest of Enchantment: A New Disney Show
Le 21 décembre dernier, Disney nous a convié avec Aurélien Berda, Show directeur junior pour parler du futur spectacle Disney « La Forêt de l’Enchantement : une aventure musicale Disney »
Aurélien travaille depuis 8 ans dans les studios. Et aujourd’hui après avoir évolué au sein de l’entreprise, il dirige la mise en scène du spectacle «The Forest of Enchantment: A Disney Musical Adventure » une création 100% Française exclusive à Disneyland Paris.
Pour pouvoir jouer ce spectacle entre les représentations de Frozen Sing Along en été et en hiver, les décorations de ce dernier seront placées en avant de la fête givrée et tout sera animé !
L’histoire du spectacle est simple : dans une forêt enchantée, des créatures symbolisant à la fois l’eau, la terre, le feu et les végétaux s’animeront et prendront vie avec la conteuse pour chanter tous les cinq et faire ressortir sous les feuilles, les branches et les troncs des arbres les histoires les plus uniques qui prendront alors vie.
Du début à la fin, le spectacle sera chanté, avec un thème musical unique jamais sorti dans les autres parcs Disney qui a été spécialement écrite et enregistrée par Gordon et Lisa Goodwin (recompensés par un Grammy Award). La performance alliera danse et acrobatie avec 14 performeurs qui accompagneront les personnages Disney et les conteurs vêtus de costumes de végétaux et d’animaux de la forêt.
Cette performance de 20 minutes jouées 5 fois par jour se déroulera en 7 tableaux avec des Chansons réorchestrées par les personnages qui seront sur scène. Nous trouverons donc Pocahontas et John Smith, Raiponce et Flynn rider, Tarzan, Mérida et le roi Louie avec Baloo.
Tout le spectacle se fera sans texte. Les créatures de la forêt enchantée utiliseront leurs pouvoir pour faire apparaître les scènes en chantant et en dansant, faisant alors s’enchaîner les tableaux :
-Ouverture
-Pocahontas
-Livre de la jungle
-Tarzan
-Raiponce
-Rebelle
-Le final
Parmi l’aspect technique, un podium de près d’une tonne sera entièrement automatisé et se déplira au gré du déroulé des scènes.
La particularité du spectacle réside dans les costumes colorés, dans le choix de personnages rarement réunis, et le thème qu’on pas l’habitude de voir chez Disney. Et ceci est amené dans une mise en scène et une évolution des éléments scéniques très théâtralisées. Les Cast Members et Guest Flow auront des costumes thématisés pour l’occasion.
Les répétitions commenceront juste après les fêtes en janvier 2016

For power play this spectacle between the representations of « Frozen sing-along » in summer and winter, the decorations of the latter will be placed in front of the frosted party and everything will be animated!
The story of the show is simple: in an enchanted forest, creatures symbolizing the water, Earth, fire and plants animate and will come alive with the storyteller to sing all five and bring out under the leaves, branches and trunks of trees the most uniques stories.
From the beginning to the end, the show will be sung with a single musical theme ever released in other Disney parks which has been specially written and recorded by Gordon and Lisa Goodwin (rewarded by a Grammy Award). The performance combines dance and acrobatics with 14 performers who will accompany the Disney characters and storytellers dressed in costumes of plants and animals of the forest.
This performance of 20 minutes, played 5 times per day will have in 7 scenes with songs réorchestrées for characters who will be on stage. We find therefore Pocahontas and John Smith, Rapunzel and Flynn rider, Tarzan, Mérida and King Louie with Baloo.
The show will be without text. the creatures of the enchanted forest will use their powers create and change the Disney Stories in singing and dancing

Among the technical aspect, a podium of one ton will be fully automated and will change according to the various scenes.
The peculiarity of the show lies in colorful costumes, in the choice of characters rarely together, and the theme was not used to seeing Disney. The Cast Members and Guest Flow will have new costume in the theme of the show.
Rehearsals will begin just after Christmas in January 2016
